No. We do not provide preparation, measurement, handling, or application instructions, and we cannot answer questions about use in or on humans or animals. For specifications, see the product page and its Certificate of Analysis; for handling, consult the applicable safety data sheet and your institution's procedures.

You can pay by credit or debit card - it's processed securely as soon as you place your order, and your order is confirmed immediately, no screenshot needed.

You can also pay by Venmo: choose that option at checkout and send the order total directly to us, then email a screenshot of your payment to [email protected] as proof. Those orders are reserved and ship once we confirm payment.

Shipping options, timing, and regions are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with carrier tracking, which becomes available from your account and the Track page once a label is created.

Because of the nature of the products, returns are limited. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for the conditions and the return window.
